We fished south of the Manistee Harbor again in 18- 175 feet of water. 11 fish came in 18-31 feet of water with 9 of 12 on 3 color lead using the Stinger NBK's & Wonder bread glow spoons in both Magnum and Stinger size. The water was cold but warmed as the day went on. The bite started for us again after the first hint of day light came over the dunes. Captains who fished out to 400 feet had action on spoons in the upper 40'.  There were also fish in 30 feet of water north of the Manistee Harbor.
