Today turned out to be another beautiful and fun day on Lake Michigan.  We could not get an early bite going at all but we were marking fish and stuck with them.  Eventually we got them going.  Wire Dipsey's set on 1.5 with the big ring back 120 and 150 took fish as did the riggers 30 - 70 down.  Spoons seemed to be better today with the Green Dolphin, Hey Baby, Electric Blue Kool Aid, Founder Pounder and Blue Flounder all taking fish.  We stayed between 60 and 120 the first part of the morning and later made a West troll all the way out to 400 hitting fish all the way.  10 colors of lead with a green spoon was hot out deep and went repeatedly.  We switched our center rigger over to three colors of core with a hey baby down 60 and took fish on that set up too.  All and all an excellent day especially after our slow start.  In addition to our Kings, we picked up a nice 12# steelhead. We marked fish at all depths out deep but 10 colors of lead was the hot ticket for us.

Create great memories on Lake Michigan. Call the Visitors center at 877 6264783 and have them find you a MAC Captain for a wonderful charter.
